These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ji9 ("ji9," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ji9 online gaming platform available at ji9.app and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

ji9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the ji9 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

ji9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at ji9's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the ji9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. ji9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must notify ji9 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ji9 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

ji9 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

All financial transactions on the ji9 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ji9 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at ji9's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ji9 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. ji9 aims to process withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days. ji9 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. ji9 reserves the right to reverse any transaction suspected of involving third-party payment methods.

ji9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. ji9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

ji9 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if ji9 determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji9 Platform:

Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the ji9 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game designs, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of ji9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without ji9's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ji9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

ji9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ji9 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, ji9's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

ji9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, ji9 encourages players to use the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting ji9 support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the ji9 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
